We are directly opposite Marrickville Metro which has unlimited free parking. We also have a limited number of free parking spaces on site.

Our smart gym technology gives you a number of tools to make it safer and faster to achieve your training goals including:

• Robotic spotting arms for barbell exercises like squats and deadlifts. This is not a smith machine either - you get complete freedom with range of motion.
• Assisted rep technology in all our machines to help you squeeze out extra reps once you fatigue
• Fitness tests to measure your 1 rep max safely
• calculated rep ranges and target weights based on your tests and goals

In addition to all of our smart gym technology, you can expect to see everything you’d expect in a conventional gym including the latest cardio equipment, strength machines, lifting platforms and free weights areas.

We hate waiting for equipment as much as you, so we've made sure we picked a location with heaps of space and enough equipment for everyone!
